Reviewing topics at increasing longer intervals over time (spaced repetition) is key to retaining information long term, but it can be difficult to keep track with so much to cover! Our Study Tracker with complete e-book guide and templates (available in both colour and black and white) will walk you through exactly how to do this in the most efficient way, with helpful extra tips along the way. What’s more, the tracker enables you to track your confidence levels in each topic as you review at different time points, so that you can monitor accordingly and be 100% ready when it comes to exams!

Ophrah Gohil (Skill Suit)

Ophrah graduated from the University of Oxford in 2011 with a degree in Experimental Psychology (specialising in Education and Psychology) after achieving four A’s at A-Level in Maths, English Literature, Geography, and Media Studies. Since then, she has had an unshakeable passion for helping all students to fulfil their potential and has been teaching for over ten years, from KS2 all the way up to University level. In 2013, after seeing first hand how solid study skills were holding back so many students, Ophrah was inspired to start designing evidence-based study skill workshops for schools, with real value added. From there, Skill Suit was born and she hasn’t looked back! Now, she is putting all of her energy into creating a wealth of online study resources - she thrives on keeping up to date with research and coming up with creative ideas to integrate into Skill Suit’s content. You can catch her on Skill Suit’s Instagram where you’ll find a load of helpful posts and stories with study tips and advice for students across the board!
